Universal Monsters Soda Pops by Super7

 These were strictly limited to San Diego Comic Convention, when Super7 obtained the license to make retro items for Universal Monsters. The labels feature artwork by Ed Repka, and is also featured on their 3 3/4 inch retro action figures. The coloring/flavor for each is pretty clever.

They only produced these four at the time of this entry. A neat little novelty.

 In 2010, a little customizer decided he wanted to see toys made from favorite films. He titled his "company" Distinctive Dummies. The rest is history.  Originally consisting of he, his wife, and other like minded folks who wanted certain characters to have plastic representation in their collections, DD grew to something of a collector phenomenon. Characters we fans thought would never see the light of day materialized. Wasp Woman, Boy Who Cried Werewolf, Louis Jordan as Dracula, and so many more became realities. Others have copied DD, but DD's reputation is astounding. I have done a lot with them in the role of freelance paint work, and as a creative consultant. These folks are top notch.
