The Bates Mansion/Psycho House sculpted by Anton Tremblay (Microcosms)

Anton Tremblay sculpted this wonderful item and released it through his company "Microcosms". He won an Emmy for his work, with his miniatures being featured on television. Through his company, he released a variety of architecture from 1996 until the mid 2010's (to the best of my admittedly limited knowledge). He mostly produced miniatures of actual functioning buildings. However, he did deviate a couple of times into the realm of cinematic architechture.

The main deviation, in my opinion, being when he produced this beauty. It took me years to finally find one of these, and it was rather expensive. Limited to a scant 75 editions, these are rarely seen on the secondary market. Once a Psycho-phile acquires one, they are loathe to ever let go of them. I believe this was produced prior to 2010, but I am unsure of the actual date it was made.

I believe this is cast in a nickel and pewter compound. Mounted on a nice wood base. This puppy is extremely heavy and still has the tell tale Microcosms insignia sticker attached. This is truly a collector's treasure. Right up there with another little Psycho House /Bates Motel item I will post ....soon.
